general auction rules:

• auction is one night only, sunday december 18 from 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
  
• auction will be held at bill's custom frames,
  910 south hohokam, tempe 85281
• viewing will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• live auction will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
• bidders will be assigned a bid number and card at the door
• pieces are numbered in the order in which they will be auctioned
• bids may be silently placed on a piece at any time before that particular
  piece goes up on the auction block by writing the bidder number on the bid sheet associated with that piece
• auction will be live and live bidding will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
• most bids will start at $450, some will start lower
• bids must be in $25 intervals
• the most current bid on the piece is the price at which live bidding will
  begin when that piece goes up on the auction block
• if yours is the winning bid on a piece, your bid number will be recorded
  with that piece
• after you have "won" your piece, at any time before 10:00 p.m. you may go
  into the office to pay for and pick up your piece and a receipt and
  documentation for insurance purposes
• credit card, cash or check (if we know you) is accepted
• a special limited-edition giclee print of recess will be available for
  sale. normally priced at $325, this print will be offered for $275, with 50% of the proceeds going to MoveOn.org. you may order this print at any time online before the auction and enter "moveon" in the text box to qualify for this discount. this offer is good through 12.18.05
